Behind the Scene
The game is focused on one city map with emphasis on wall running and platform jumping for a minimum viable product. The city was blocked out with primitive 3D shapes (I didn't record the process at the time) with color coding in mind to indicate to players on what to do like Mirror's Edge. Regarding the mechanics, the city was walled in by a box and we used that as a way to give players another route of access to the rooftops by wallrunning and jumping off of the box and buildings if they opted out of the more conventional paths. Lastly, there were powerups spread across the city that would be necessary to use to get past certain obstacles that wall jumping/running alone cannot overcome.
