Space Hoops VR Project

This is is a basic VR project I've created for a class to demonstrate competency in lighting, audio and 3D shape building.

- Created the entire level scene with XR.
- Blocked out the space station level.
- Implemented lighting, audio, materials and XR Integration.
- Devised the scenario of playing hoops in space.
Island Blockout
This was a proof of concept blockout for an open world island experience as I experimented with Unreal 5 toolkits regarding landscaping, materials, and meshes.

- Generated the landscape with a blueprint brush.
- Designed specific areas of the island with respective environments for different contexts (village, ruins, etc.).

This is a proof of concept area for a sizeable top-down pixelated RPG game project with puzzles and turn based combat that combines with detailed and organic worldbuilding throughout the player's journey. This has been made to demonstrate creative thought process and documentation proficiency.

- Designed coinciding storyline/questline and map.
- Designed puzzles in major areas.
- Designated spawn points for puzzle elements, combat encounters, environmental props, NPCs, and treasures.
- Documented a detailed walkthrough of the whole area including the questline, steps, lore, etc.
Darien Uncharted
Within the Panamanian wilderness lies the Darien Gap, one of the most dangerous and unknown parts of the world. There are traces of cultural heritage within the Gap that are waiting to be discovered by modern man. Put yourself in the shoes of an archaeologist based on the travel experiences of Lucy Gill as you find artifacts and clues to understand the people who live there.
This project has challenged me to implement more grounded level design for the Darien Gap tropical regions.

- Built levels with Terrain Editor.
- Edit the map for Central/South American areas.
- Implemented objects with information about the Darien.
- Co-designed interaction mechanics between the player and the community situated in the Darien.
- Designed the game to be purely educational.
Sci-Fi Horror Demo
This was my attempt to convey a horror story via environmental storytelling in a sci-fi setting.
